David is responsible for the ever-important client relationship — initiation, cultivation and retention. In his management role he oversees Client Services, Sales, and Data Services. In his ownership role he provides the company's vision and direction. He excels in assisting clients develop their strategies for acquiring and retaining profitable customers. He says problem-solving is the key — thinking through all possibilities. You might say he's just plain good at putting stuff together. David's abilitiy to positively influence serves him well in leading the Genesis team.
